Guests at Coconut Grove are greeted by a purpleheart wood and iron gate as you approach the villa along a natural stone path surrounded by tropical gardens. With 5,400 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, the property can accommodate couples, small groups, reunions, weddings, and receptions. The Great Room features vaulted ceilings and dramatic views and includes a well-appointed chef’s kitchen with center island and an indoor dining area.
The top floor of this two-level villa is wheelchair friendly and offers three stylishly decorated bedrooms with wicker and antique touches. A whimsical spiral staircase leads to the ground floor where there are two additional bedrooms. Each of the five suites are equal in size and provide a king bed, attached bathroom and closet, and private balcony.
Coconut Grove’s outdoor space is highlighted by a gorgeous Oklahoma stone sun deck and large fresh-water pool. You’ll enjoy ample room to stretch out in the sun or find a comfortable spot in the shade to read a book, catch a nap, or play a game of billiards. An alfresco wet bar, barbeque, outdoor dining area, and cooling ceiling fans make the space excellent for entertaining. The views are spectacular by day, and at night the stars and moon light up the sky.
